Student Care Initiative (SCI)

SCI offers a trusted space where international students can seek guidance on visa questions, accessing support services, understanding their rights, and navigating legal or social challenges in Australia. Available online and in person, the program connects students with trained volunteers who listen, advise, and guide.

Through weekly sessions and hands-on activities, this program builds confidence in communication and leadership. Students improve their public speaking skills in a friendly, supportive environment — culminating in opportunities to present at CLCN events and community forums.

This creative program explores identity, cultural storytelling, and self-expression. Students participate in collaborative art workshops and cultural exchange activities, helping to celebrate diversity and build community through creativity.

Community Engagement Program

This program connects students with local councils, charities, and student-led initiatives. Participants volunteer, attend community days, and help run CLCN events — fostering a strong sense of purpose and belonging.

Student Welcome & Celebration Events

From welcome parties to multicultural celebrations, these events provide a space to connect, share food and traditions, and celebrate key milestones. They help students settle in, meet peers, and feel supported from day one.
